Our story
Built by a teacher,
for teachers.
Prep-Less is the teacher workload reduction platform for ESL schools. It takes the lesson planning, grading, worksheets, and exam prep off your teachers' plates — so the hours they spend on Sunday-night prep go back into teaching.
Why this exists
Prep-Less was built by a former ESL teacher who spent five years teaching every level from beginner to advanced. The teaching was the part worth doing. The endless prep around it — planning each lesson, marking each essay, making each worksheet from scratch — was the part that ate the evenings and weekends.
“Generic AI tools can write a lesson — but they write the same lesson for everyone, and they don't sound like a real teacher.”
Schools have already tried that. Prep-Less is different on purpose: it's built around the student in front of you, and the output reads like a handout a teacher would actually give out.
What makes the lessons different
Lessons that match how each student learns
Every student has a learning style on file — visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or reading-writing. Prep-Less threads it into every lesson, worksheet, and exam set it generates. The same topic comes out differently for a visual learner than for a kinesthetic one.
It knows where your students struggle
Thai speakers wrestle with English articles, plurals, and verb tenses. Mandarin speakers with prepositions. Prep-Less builds that first-language knowledge into the lesson before the mistake happens, instead of correcting it afterward.
Thai context, not generic textbook English
Examples use Thai food, festivals, and local places by default — not a stock American coffee shop. Lessons feel like they were written for your classroom, because they were.
Vocabulary that comes back on schedule
Prep-Less remembers every word a student has been taught and quietly resurfaces older vocabulary at spaced intervals, so words are reviewed before they are forgotten.
